At Deer Valley Dental Care, we’re always accepting emergencies and or walk-in appointments.
Though we try our very best to get everyone in promptly and on time, things do happen, and sometimes patients do have to wait for a bit. To make the experience as comfortable and as pleasant as possible, we’ve gone over and above on the lobby.
People are often shocked when they first walk into the clinic…asking if they are in the right place! There are 5 massage chairs, two large screen TV’s, upbeat current music playing from our jukebox, magazines and newspaper, 3-iPads and a private TV with kids programs. There is something for everyone!
Recently we bought a brand new touch screen coffee maker. It has and makes it all – coffee, latte, cappuccino, mochas, hot chocolate, etc. We also have tea for the non coffee drinker, as well as ice cold bottled water. No need to stop at Tim Hortons or Starbucks before coming in anymore! We have whatever you like. Our Greeters try their best to offer you refreshment, but please don’t be shy to ask or even help yourself.
We want you to make yourselves comfortable for as long, or as little, you have while in the lobby! We laugh, as patients complain when their provider comes up to get them; commenting that they just got in the massage chair, or was just catching up on the recent news over a fresh, hot cup of coffee.
Our response is always, please don’t hesitate to stop and have a massage or another coffee after that appointment. We are happy to send you on your way with a coffee, tea or water to go!
